This Credit Guide helps you understand the services that we provide and provides important information in relation to how we get paid and how you can make a complaint.

Our Service

CIMET allows you to compare and apply for credit products from a range of lenders.

In providing this service it is important to note that CIMET does not provide credit or credit assistance, including suggesting you apply for a product, increase your credit limit, or remain in a credit product. CIMET does not take into account your objectives or financial situation and is not making any suggestion or recommendation to you about a particular credit product and if necessary, we recommend you seek professional advice before applying for a particular financial product. Nor are we making a representation that you are eligible for a particular product. If you choose to apply for a particular product through our comparison website, you will be dealing with your chosen product provider.

We provide general comparative information in relation to a range of products but do not compare all brands and products within the market. Prior to selecting a product, we recommend you read the product provider's terms and conditions and product information prior to making an application.

Fees payable by you

We do not charge you for making an application via the CIMET platform. You may however be required to pay any product provider fees and charges. Please refer to the product terms and conditions.

Remuneration

CIMET is remunerated when you successfully apply for a product. Our remuneration may vary depending on the product provider and the product you apply for. We do not prioritise products on our platform in any way and the products displayed are based on the user preferences.

We do not have any volume-based remuneration or volume-based arrangements.

Commissions Payable

We may source referrals from a range of sources including websites and may pay a commission for the referral. These referral fees are generally small in value.

We welcome your feedback on the service we provide.
